The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is a great option if you're seeking a robot vacuum and mop that's priced in the middle. It's got a fantastic mopping capability, but it lacks some of the advanced features that are found in its more expensive counterpart.
During testing, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats from medium-pile carpets. However, like cheaper models, it doesn't utilize LIDAR to map out your home.
1. iRobot Roomba S9+
The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It is loaded with features and impressive cleaning power, such as a dirt compartment that is integrated into the base of charging. This robot vacuum is effective on floors that are unfinished and low-pile carpet. It can pick up pet hair and also suck big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It's not able to work with carpets that are high-pile or plush, but iRobot promises that the next models will be better.

The dust tank on the robovac is bigger than most of its competitors and filling it up takes only two or three cycles, even when you've got the most dirt.
As for the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping settings that it has that are less powerful than high-powered settings, produce minimal noise, meaning you can work or even watch television without getting distracted. If it comes across the wall or a furniture piece it gently bumps into it and moves forward.
The Q Revo is unique in that it operates almost entirely on its own, requiring only minimal user involvement. The robo-vac features a multi-function dock that can automatically transfer physical garbage into the hidden bin, as well as washes and dry the mop pads and refills its clean water tank. The app is adept at alerting you when something is in need of attention, like the clean water tank running low or a scheduled vacuuming session being cancelled due to a stuffed dust bin.

It also comes with self-cleaning bases that automatically empties and washes mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for use again. It also comes with a sensor that recognizes obstacles better which allows it to avoid falling onto furniture and other objects.
The most notable improvement to the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its sleeker, modern design. This is due to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. While still quite big--it's over two feet in height and depth and weighs nearly four pounds--the robot itself and its base are much smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.
This version is more efficient than the X1 since it charges faster and can clean up 1,500 square feet in a single charge. It also comes with a larger and more robust dust bin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.
The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant as well as an app that works even when you're at home. It also has a smart routing function that lets it clean specific rooms or areas of your home, instead of following a predetermined route.
The X2 Omni is the most effective mopping performance of any robot we've tested thanks to its mop pads that rotate to scrub away tough stains and a motor that creates plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding too and it increases suction when it senses carpet to ensure it's doing the job well. It also has a massive battery that can last for several weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as effective as anything we've seen in a consumer-grade robot.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium mop and robot vacuum that comes with a host of convenience features that you do not often find on robots of this price range. It has the ability to create precise floor maps, recognize different types of flooring, and it's one of the few that can automatically wash and dry its mop pads. These features are nice but they also place the L10s in the luxury category. This could make it more expensive than what homeowners would need.
Created to look like a modern floor cleaner designed to look like a modern floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish that's enhanced by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a huge bumper that helps protect furniture and vacuum cleaners from damage when moving around the home. Behind the pane at the front is an additional navigation technology in the form of sensors that aid the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button which serves as an on/off switch. By pressing this button, you can activate the vacuum, while clicking it again will turn off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The central control panel is an oblique menu that lets you select cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons beneath the screen will open the settings menu in which you can tweak the way that the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.
Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation technologies to help you map out your home. This creates a precise floor plan that allows the robot vacuum and mop with ease and avoid getting stuck in areas with clutter. The LIDAR also lets the robot vacuum detect and avoid obstacles and obstacles, which is a wonderful feature for households with pets or children.
The L10s Ultra offers solid vacuuming performance, clearing 98.4% of debris from our hard-floor test and removing all but the most stubborn juice stain. The mops are also efficient, removing 98.4% of debris on our tile, wood, and carpet tests. It was not as efficient at removing sand from the hard floor or quaker oatmeal from the carpet.
